The Zero Scale Review

We had the chance to review the Zero Scale recently. We received it last week just in time for the holiday season, and started using it right away.
My husband has diabetes, in which he must watch his weight. He always got discouraged with the numbers it shows. It didn’t matter if he only gained 3lbs or even 1lb! He would get very discouraged, didn’t matter what I said to him either. He focused on the big number all the time. I think we all do that. We put ourselves down for even the smallest of things because we see the larger number , in the end see no difference. The Zero Scale on the other hand, changes the way you start to see your weight, and here’s how it works.

The Zero scale does not show your weight, at all! It tracks your progress instead, over a period of time. It will show you how much you’ve lost and or gained over a few days. The display will show the day since you last weighted yourself and then the total gained or lost since you started using it. If you haven’t lost or gained anything, it will read 0. Isn’t that great?  Four people can keep track of their weight using this scale. It has 4 locked modes, even a guest one as well.

It is great, because seeing a whole number can be very frustrating  to anyone trying to lose weight or even just stay on track of it. With the Zero Scale,  you are watching small increments of your goals being met instead of a huge number that puts you off even if you have made progress. What does it mean? You are back in a better frame of mind when you step on the scale and off of it!

If you find that you get discouraged by your own scale I hope you will look into The Zero Scale. Instead of seeing your “total weight” you will be able to see your progress being tracked in smaller increments, which is more rewarding. Toss out that old scale, bring in a new one that can help you get back on track! Start the New Year off seeing your weight and yourself differently!

**Disclosure- I received the products mentioned above,  in order to write an honest review. No monetary compensation was received for this post. I did not have to write an positive review, Any and all opinions are and will always be my own.*
