Mother's Day Celebration- Lexar® Echo MX Backup Drive Review & Giveaway**CLOSED**

Home

If your a Mom on the go like me, you will truly enjoy this Backup flash drive from Lexar!

Since three out of my four kids use the computer they end up on it more than I can even access it. I grab whatever time I can to get my work done but then need to hurry up and jump off.  My work at times gets lost or I find saving it to a big bulky hard drive frustrating as it's just not fast enough. I need to protect things with ease and little to no hassle as I'm always on the go. The Lexar® Echo MX Backup Drive was perfect for what I needed.

I reviewed the 8GB Echo MX flash drive that automatically backups when you plug it in. The backup activates as soon as it's plugged in so I don't' have to wait any longer than a couple seconds. It's not slow like other USB drives I've used either. I've used several that have failed me in the past or just simply suddenly stop working all together soon after being used. I love how fast this drive comes to work, it's compatible with both PC's and Mac's which is an even better plus. If my husband ever needed to use this he'd be able to take it and plug it in at work, then easily come home and continue use here on our own system. No worry, no hassle.  Another great thing I enjoy is the capacity meter right on the front of the drive.  While other drives you get to play the guessing game on how much room you have left, this flash drive keeps you updated  at all times. Some key points about the Echo MX
  • Easily-accessible, ultra- portable backup solution
  • Activates when plugged in, providing automatic, continuous backup
  • High-capacity options to back up and store more files on the go
  • High-performance—up to 30MB/s read and 17MB/s write*
  • Securely encrypts files
  • Easy-to-read, always-on capacity meter displays available backup space
  • Convenient, reliable flash-based design
  • Compatible with both PC and Mac® systems
  • Five-year limited warranty
There's different sizes available for all your on the go needs, whether it just be pictures,  work home from the office they have something for everyone's day to day use. Echo MX Backup Drive would make a fantastic gift for both Mother's or Father's day. You can pick and choose the size that is needed at great prices ranging from $29.00 up to $124.99. Sizes include -

 8GB (up to 28MB/s read, 10MB/s write) • 16GB (up to 30MB/s read, 13MB/s write) • 32GB (up to 30MB/s read, 17MB/s write) • 64GB (up to 30MB/s read, 17MB/s write) • 128GB (up to 30MB/s read, 17MB/s write)

This would be great for my daughter. She needs a new USB drive for her car's stereo system.

I don't use these very often, but I like that this one is made specifically to help back up information. It's always good to have peace of mind when you're working on something that you don't want to lose.

I could really do with one of these rather than saving everything on my computer and slowing it down, thanks for the info x

I would think a thumb drive would all be the same. But when I went to purchase one, I was really overwhelmed with all the choices.

Thanks for doing a review on this. Now I know what to be looking for. :)
