This month marks my full year of non stop harvesting. While in the past I've done a few winter gardens, this was the first full year of "four seasons" in which I have been able to harvest something each and every month out of the year. It takes planning and constant work, but it has been a well worth it. I'll continue planting this way so my family can get the best amount of fresh organic vegetables year round.
