Crock-Pot Recipe Challenge Day 2: Cheesy Chili Mac

This is an easy recipe that the kids will love! Cheesy goodness come on, who can pass this up?  All you need to do is boil pasta and toss the rest together in the slow cooker. How easier do you need that to be? This is a slam dunk if you ask me, I really don’t see how you can mess this up. Maybe if you forget to turn the slow cooker on? <— Don’t do that that would be bad.

Ingredients

1 pounds ground beef , or bulk sausage or sausage links ( cut into pieces)
2 cans hot chili beans undrained
2 large green peppers chopped
1 large onion chopped
4 celery ribs chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of chili seasoning
2 garlic cloves minced

1 package ( box) of elbow macaroni cooked and drained ( do this right before you plan to eat)
1- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

Take the first eight ingredients and throw them into the slow cooker. Mix it up till they are well combined.  Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
Cook your macaroni on the stove right before you eat, drain and pour into the slow cooker . Mix up with the cheese till melted. You can cover it and let it sit but it should melt right away. Boom you are done! Eat, smile be happy!

Enjoy!
