Now Foods Blogger Ambassador #NOWWellness

I’m so excited to share with you that I was picked to be a NOW Foods Blogger Ambassador! I’m looking forward to sharing the NOW products I get to try for the next month. Make sure you follow me so you can keep up with my progress and updates. All my follow buttons are on the right hand side of the blog, so make sure you follow me somewhere along the social web. You can also find the #NOWFoods Tag in the tag search line on the blog to catch up if you miss a few posts. On to the campaign!

A little about NOW Foods-

NOW  is a hard working company thriving to spread their passion for healthier lives, and they’ve been doing it since 1968.  The company puts a lot of time and effort into making high quality products that aren’t just healthy for it’s customers, but for the environment also.  I think one of the best things I’ve learned about this company is they actually follow the Golden rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” It really shows how dedicated they are to  their employees, their customers and the environment their products will be going out into. It’s not everyday you come across a company that just looks the part but actually fits into it as a “whole-hearted, passion filled “ business, that is trying to lead others to a healthier life.

My run with NOW has been small so far, only used a few of their essential oils, grape seed oil, and glycerin for some soap and homemade lotions here and there so I was really excited to become part of this campaign. Even more so when I read about how dedicated the company is to keeping their products healthy .  My amazing surprise when I opened the box-

Avocado Oil, All Purpose GF Flour Organic Tasted Hemp seeds, Organic Tri-Colored Quinoa, Almond Oil, Neem & Tea Tree Toothpaste, Vitamin D-3 Cream,  Herbal Revival Shampoo & Conditioner , Probiotic-10 , Slender Sticks ( sugar free drink sticks) Biotin, Sprouted Brown Rice Protein and Plant Protein Complex.   Not pictured because it’s on my stove- Coconut Infusions – Garlic Coconut Oil

I will highlight each product as the month goes by, updating if you will through the media sites on my use and how I like each. So far I’ve used a couple, the main one I’m going to introduce today is the Neem & Tea Tree Toothpaste Gel , I’ve been using it a full week now and love it!

The XyliWhite Advantage –Neem & Tea Tree Toothpaste is

SLS-Free (sodium lauryl sulfate)

It can whiten your teeth and help freshen your breath naturally. I loved the lack of aftertaste you know how some pastes kind of leave a linger film or aftertaste ever after brushing really , really well? The Neem & Tea Tree Toothpaste was completely fresh and it left my teeth feeling really clean. I also noticed my gums were less sensitive. Not sure how or why even  I’m just really glad for it! This toothpaste is for both adults and children. My kids were skeptical but they noticed the lack of “punch” of taste. I’m thinking it’s an easier taste then their normal toothpaste, my kids weren’t up to explaining that much. They liked it, and it rinsed out really well unlike other brands we’ve used where it may actually come out in clumps like it never even did it’s job. I stand and watch my kids brush so I know they are, kind of amazes me that some pastes don’t “lather” if you will while brushing. It should be everywhere cleaning away at your mouth.

The NOW paste is more gel like, and I LOVE that!  We used another organic brand before this and it was really firm, the kids always complained that it didn’t spread as they brushed or it would simply fall right off their toothbrush before they even started. How is this any help to getting the kids brushing? It’s not, so the NOW Foods Neem & Tea Tree paste was a much welcomed change in this house. It does come out fast, be mindful of that with the kids, but I really like how well it works. Highly recommend this one, it does it’s job and is a healthier choice for the family, my kids have approved!

Want to check and see if the toothpaste is in a store near you?  Check out  I actually used it because I never see NOW products in my store, and was able to find a place not too far from me, thankfully! Now I have the matching mouthwash!

I’ll be updated throughout the month of other products I’ll be using, highlighting each one. If you missed my recipe using NOW Foods Toasted Hemp seeds head on over to Apple Smorgasbord and check it out. My kids adore those snacks and it’s pretty fun for adults too.

*I received the following product(s) to review. I was not required to write a positive review no other monetary compensation was given . Any and all opinions are my own.

The Xyli White toothpaste gel sounds great. It’s good to know it lathers up better than other organic toothpastes. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it.

I’ve never heard of NOW Foods, and looks like they’ve built an extensive line. I’ll have to come back to see what it’s all about.
