Fruit ‘n Honey Oats & Vanilla Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Simple, sometimes is the best way to go at things. No one needs an over complicated mess to deal with during an already busy day , so when in doubt simplify when you can. It doesn’t mean you miss out on anything, take for instance today’s recipe. You get tired of plain fruit and yogurt, or the never ending oatmeal just seems bland. Throw them both together and you have a simple yet tasty breakfast or even snack to enjoy!

You can even assemble the night before so you can just take the parfaits out first thing in the morning. Whatever works, use it to your advantage. The purpose to healthy but quick without missing out on the flavor.
