Stop Comparing Yourself

Each of us were made to be Unique. Our paths are All Different. One person may excel in one area, the other person excels in another. We also all progress at our own time and go our own distances. Differences like that are incomparable. Stop comparing yourself to someone else who’s on an entirely different journey than you. Be You. You are You. I am I.
Simple as that.

Your post reminds me of also speaking our own truths as well from our hearts and to be gentle with ourselves that way we can be open to receiving more guidance and messages from our Guides, Angels, and God.

This post comes at a great time for me. I will have to share this with my Daughter.

It used to be hard not to compare myself to others years ago. Somewhere along the line I outgrew it and I’m so glad I did.

I’m guilty of doing this from time to time, and it really needs to stop. If we were all the same, the world would be such a boring place. We really should be celebrating our differences instead of trying to be like the next person.

Comparing yourself with others is a thief of joy. It robs you of your happiness. Thanks for this timely reminder.

I am guilty of doing this sometimes. I know it is not a good practice but I look at it on a positive side. I look and observe and tell myself, “she can do it, why can’t I?” Instead of comparing, it would be better to emulate your role model.

I used to compare myself all the time. It wasn’t until I stopped doing so that I started feeling so much better about myself. I realized that there is no one like me and I’m unique and it’s the best feeling ever!

Love the message and it is so true. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes people decades of living before they get that whole concept. It certainly is a lot easier when you are older.

I was just talking about this with a friend. We need to stop comparing ourselves and realize that it’s our differences that make the world what it is.

This is a great reminder. I always try to just be myself and not worry about what other people think or do.
