Surrender My Love Book Tour

Book #2 The Bradens of Peaceful Harbor, Love in Bloom

Fall in love with Cole Braden in the Bradens of Peaceful Harbor. Hot, sexy, & wickedly naughty second cousins to the Weston, Colorado Bradens we know and love.

Annalise “Leesa” Avalon never realized that one sentence could change her life until one of her students revealed his crush–and within twenty-four hours she finds herself under fire. After a grueling investigation that turns her life upside down, she steals away to Peaceful Harbor, Maryland, with a new identity to try to pull herself back together and figure out her next step.

From the outside, Cole Braden lives a charmed life. He’s a top orthopedic surgeon with a thriving practice, strong family ties, and friends he adores. But there’s a lonely spot inside Cole that no one can see. He has an enormous heart–and a painful past–but the desire to love and be loved is too strong to ignore.

A chance encounter brings Leesa and Cole together, and the attraction is immediate and intense. But a relationship is the last thing Leesa needs–and the only thing Cole wants. Long talks, heated moments, and deep connections are hard to resist, but the harder Cole tries, the more Leesa pulls away. Cole might truly be the right man for Leesa, but is Leesa the right woman for him?

SURRENDER MY LOVE is part of the Love in Bloom series. While SURRENDER MY LOVE can be read as a stand-alone novel, for even more reading enjoyment you may want to read the entire Love in Bloom series in series order.

My Review –

Cole Braden, an orthopedic surgeon in Peaceful harbor , has had his heart broken in the past pretty bad. Though his heart was left in pieces he hasn’t given up on that special someone that may come into his life and spend the rest of their days together. His faith and never ending hope, has possibly paid off when he meets a woman that ignites a fire in him he never knew before. But is this the woman he’s been dreaming of?

Annalise is on the mend, a teacher who has a career that seems to be spiraling out of control. Stressed and worn through, worrying if she will ever have a job again she hides out and tries to find reprieve in Peaceful Harbor while an investigation goes on at home. Though trying to settle and put things back together Annalise is not ready for another life altering change, but then again things never happen when you expect them too. When Cole enters her life she is not ready for a romance to spark up quicker than she’s ever imagined, and Leesa’s issues from her past may just ruin any chance she has at keeping Cole in her life all together. The last thing she wants to do, is hurt Cole or his family.

Leesa is drawn in immediately to Cole, he’s caring and protective and comes loaded with a loving family that easily takes her in.  Cole’s family sees Leesa for who she is, and stands by her as she starts healing. Cole finds something in Leesa that he hasn’t found in anyone else and the chemistry is not easy to ignore even if one of them tried, yet each time Cole gets a little closer Leesa seems to step back. He doesn’t know what is going on, she can’t deny what is building between them.  There is no doubt the love and kindness they find within each others arms, but with the past looming over Leesa, and her fears  hitching up,  it doesn’t make such a smooth ride for either of them, and it just may end up pulling them apart.

Will Leesa be able to forgive the person who’d put her entire career on the line and possibly ruined forever? Will Cole be able to get over Leesa’s past ? They have grown so close so fast but have overcome more than many couples do in a lifetime. Even still,  just how much more can they handle? Will they be able to truly,  Forgive, Heal and Love in the end?

You will have to find out yourself in Surrender My Love!

There was little girl named Annalise in a school where I was teaching years ago. It was the only time I’d heard the name until now. 🙂
