Sugar Cookie Cake Bars

Sugar cookies usually are always a win in any situation. You get an easy recipe to follow with ingredients you already have on hand most likely, and it really doesn’t take a lot of effort or time to make – which means you can enjoy them even sooner. These soft cookies are a cross between cookie and cake, you get the same taste but with a little more soft dense bite, and top it off  with the classic white frosting you have a great treat for the whole family to enjoy.

While Everyone liked them , the next time these are made think I’ll use a bigger pan, possibly a jelly roll pan to thin them out even more- otherwise they are perfect little sweet morsels. It would be less cookie time of course so if you use a larger pan keep that in mind. On to the recipe!

You can add some flare with sprinkles! These would make a great treat for the school bake sale or even class party! One pan goes a long way. Cut a little over an inch give or take you can get nearly 40 from a pan. Hope you enjoy!
