Recipe Challenge: Day 9 – Ranch Seasoned Pork Tenderloin

Today was super busy, super crazy, super all over the place. Dinner plans changed due to lack of time to prepare anything and I fell back on the most shortest recipes ever given to me. Ready for it? Don’t miss it, cause it’s really short.
Pork Tenderloin, ranch packet, condensed soup. Cook. Serve. Eat. Kazam, dinner is served!
That’s it. No seriously, that’s all it is! Not only was it the easiest thing ever to throw together, it was gone in a blink of an eye. I was lucky to get any pictures of it. Don’t worry I’ll give you more directions than I was given, just hang on a second.
My kids had seconds, thirds and left their plates empty. That’s not even the end of it! Listen to this. My kids were saying Thank you over and over, and how it was the “Very best , bestest, best meal in the entire world.” <— say that three times really fast!
Hands down, the easiest, most simplest meal I came across.
Ranch Seasoned Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin 2lbs
1 dry packet of ranch dressing ( I used homemade recipe can be found here)
1 Condensed soup of choice. (I used cream of mushrooms and 2 cans because I love my gravy. )
Either half a can of milk or full, depending on how thin you want the gravy
Oven directions-
Line baking dish with foil and place tenderloin on the center. Sprinkle half the ranch packet over the pork or use as much to cover it in a thin layer. (You can add the rest in when your mixing the gravy if you want more taste. I found half a homemade packet was great) Take soup of choice and pour it into a small bowl. Add half a can of milk , and mix it up. Pour over the pork. Cover baking dish with foil and put in the oven at about 325F (cooks about an hour) or 350F (will cook for about half an hour) or until the temperature reaches 150-165.
Gravy directions. After pork is finished, take out and place on serving plate, cover with foil to let rest. Pour the juice and gravy from dish into a small pan on the stove. Heat on medium. If it’s too thin , add half a can of more condensed soup, stir until thickened. If it’s too thick for you, add more milk. Taste it, if you want more ranch seasoning, add away. It’s really that simple. 🙂
Slow Cooker Directions-
My friend told me she does this with pork chops too. Just tosses a whole ranch seasoning packet in a bowl with the soup. Mixes is up, pours it over the pork of choice in the slow cooker and cooks for 4 hours on med or high, and 5-6 hours on low. (depends on how much you have in there really.)
She does not use milk at all, I added that in there just because, well just because. I thought it made the gravy much more creamer which I really liked. I’m telling you…easiest thing ever.

I cooked this last night for a Harvest Party, need I say I did not have any left overs. They loved it and my faimly did too!!! Very easy and excellent taste!
