A quick glance through the woods

Having some issues uploading pictures lately to the website, and working with bluehost to try and fix the issue. In the mean time though I wanted to share a quick update on what we’ve been up too! We’ve had some major weather the last few months and we had a break the other weekend so we decided to get out and get moving!

We were able to get out and about for a gorgeous hike in Tim’s Ford State Park. Our first time being there, defiantly not our last. While all the trails are very well marked so you can find your way, it doesn’t really coordinate with a map they give you and unfortunately my phone in which I use AllTrails on rarely picked up signal. While that was a bummer, the trails as I said are well marked, so you can’t get lost. We had wanted to take a trail I found on the Alltrails app, but it didn’t match up to the map, and we couldn’t figure out where it began and if we were even close to it. Instead we just hit the long paved trail that would take us zig zagging through the woods then up along the lake. It was a very long yet peaceful hike which we enjoyed very much! 

The next time you get a chance to get up and about go for it! Enjoy the outdoors, reconnect with nature and take in the scenery. Enjoy the family and friends, and most importantly enjoy yourself! Be kind to others and yourself. Many Blessings!
