Crock-Pot Recipe Challenge Day 6: Pork and Beef Barbecue Sammies
This is a fun and messy dinner for everyone to enjoy. Though there’s never left overs it would make a great lunch the next day, the kids eat this so fast I’m lucky to get my share! Once again it’s so easy there’s really no way you can mess this up.
Ingredients
1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin cut into cubes ( same size as beef cubes)
2 medium green peppers chopped
2 large onions chopped
Rolls & Lettuce for sandwiches
Directions
In the slow cooker combine the first six ingredients. Stir in the beef and pork, peppers and onions. Cover and cook 7 hours or until meat is tender. Shred the meat and serve on rolls.

This is an interesting mix. Beef and pork. I have never tried them together in one entree like this. Sounds good.
