#NOWWellness A month in review

It’s been a great month with NOW Foods! I learned a lot through this ambassador campaign , which is actaully my very first with a company. It’s been enlightening. I have some favorite products of course but most of all a new understanding of the company. I have endless essential oils and carrier oils by NOW. Used them for years, it was not just surprising but exciting to find out how much variety the company offers. 

NOW Foods has a sports section! With protein powders to help build muscles, or energy supplements to keep you going without fail. There’s diet aids, and post workout supplements to refuel your body after a hard workout. Your muscles need proper protein to function, if you are starving the body of such, your workouts are nearly worthless. Fuel the body from inside out!  I have loved the two protein powders I received. My favorite way to enjoy them is iced. I’ll put the powder in my shaker and keep iced water and milk set aside to immediately shake up post workout. If i’m on the go though I just  add ice into a metal bottle and the powder. By the time the ice melts I’m ready to drink it. One heavy shake and it’s good to go! There’s a powder for everyone, if you can’t handle a certain ingredient they have different ones to pick from, pea, whey , soy, even egg-white protein powder, so be sure to check out their Sports Section! 

NOW Foods has an enormous section of Supplements! I can’t even think of where to begin in this department, but trust me if you need it they have it!  Joint, heart, immune, digestive – they cover it all. They have nutritional oils, which I really enjoy. All soft gels, its extremely easy on the stomach to take, I was using the Biotin softgels, and love it. You can even find some herbs, amino acids, and your array of vitamins in the Supplement section. They should have a store, like GNC, just an entire NOW Foods Store, it’s almost hard to believe the amount of products they have, which is a lot! You can order from their site but it’d be grand to walk into a store surrounded by all this stuff. 

I made my son’s birthday dinner with a mixture of flours, and used up the last of my GF Now All Purpose Flour. Made the best pizza crust! 

Foods! Yes NOW Foods has a food section of products. Stock up the pantry with some organic nuts and healthy grab and go snacks. I love the name of the brand- NOW Real Food. No funny business in these, it’s all organic, NON GMO, and healthy for the family. I’ve really enjoy the Hemp Seeds, the All purpose flour and the Quinoa. If you followed my instagram you kept seeing the hemp seeds pop up, and I have found it at a local store so I may have stocked up 😉 

They even cover cooking oils, Avocado is a new favorite of mine , and I’m loving the Coconut Infusions, I had the garlic one. May have, I may have added it to nearly every dish I cooked since I’ve gotten it. It was amazing , can’t help it. Just enjoy garlic taste to boost any dish I used it for sauce bases, sauteing vegetables, even made focaccia with it. So good! 

Personal care is jam packed just like the other sections of NOW Foods. I’ve only just begun to figure out what they carry. Essential oils, hair, face, body products. I had the shampoo and conditioner to try out along with some Almond oil and Vitamin D3 cream. Amazing stuff, that cream is such a welcome in the house I can’t get enough. The shampoo/conditioner, left my hair soft and clean. It was a welcome to find a nice set that didn’t have an overwhelming scent, did what it was made to do, didn’t strip my hair of it’s oils and even help both hair and scalp over all health! Summer is rough let’s face it, pool, sun, the heat- I love how it’s helping to strengthen my hair. The toothpaste is my new favorite as well, leaves my teeth and mouth clean and fresh!

You could probably say NOW Foods has invaded my house, but it’s a really good invasion. From the kitchen to the bathroom, and even my craft table the brand is a permanent   fixture in the house and our daily lives. Love the fact that the company is so determined to help people live healthier lives. With the wide range of products there is something for everyone and you can trust that it’s made with the highest quality at a price you can afford. That’s one of the best parts. Health should not be out of anyone’s reach, the company strives on this.

It’s been a pleasure this month learning and enjoying the products, I wish it lasted longer , and I really do wish more local stores carried the brand.
