Vegan & Gluten Free Banana Bars

I have a handful of banana’s laying around lately and I’ve been trying to use them up left and right, plus plenty of oats, so might as well use what you have on hand right? My kids love trying new things, and they always love a new quick grab and go bar for mornings. This can be a sweet snack, or even a dessert. You can use less chocolate chips too, I made two batches and folded a little into the batter but the kids liked it on top the best.
Enjoy!

I have to share this recipe with my brother because he has recently changed his son, my nephew, over to a gluten free diet.

I love the different flavors that I see in the ingredient list here. Sounds like this is something my family would love too.

I love anything that's banna flavored. This seems pretty easy to make, even for a non-baker like me.

These look awesome– but where do you find gluten free oats? I have trying to cut down on gluten.

They look really moist and so flavorful. I'm not too familiar with gluten-free options, but these look tasty!

My mouth is watering as I look at these delicious looking bars! That does it, as soon as my hub gets off, I am sending him to get me a baked goodie.

I'd like to give them a try. I like that they use bananas, we always seem to have one or two that get too ripe and need a recipe to go to.

These will be perfect to have ready when I finish my two races this weekend. The perfect way to refuel in a nice healthy way.
