Remember to Pause

It’s important to remember to Pause as much as possible throughout the day. Many conflicts, arguments, even misunderstandings can be avoided if we took the time to Pause. We have that choice, that power to move forwards positively. While it’s not easy to do at first, becoming aware in challenging moments will soon become something of ease.  Less tension, less stress, and most importantly less regret in what may have been said or done in a heated moment.

Take a moment to breath before speaking, before acting, just Breath. Use this breathe as a way to let go of negative thoughts. Nothing ever good comes from negative actions or words, and in the end if you honestly cannot move forwards with a positive thought, word, or action- don’t do anything at all. 

 

Pause. It’s Important.
