Stressballs De-Stress Snooze Review

Stress these days come in all shapes and sizes, sadly even my kids show signs of stress with how the pandemic has created an very inconsistent learning environment. Schools open, then close, open, then close. With internet issues for remote learning they are worried they’d get marked absent and or not be able to find out what work is. The list goes on, it’s unfair to everyone involved. Children, teachers, parents. The stress of today’s world is real and it’s important to help ease it for all. The longer stress stays within our lives the more it wears down our body and spirit. 

I encourage meditation for our family, a lot of mindfulness thinking. Be within the moment and not stress about the future or past. If it’s out of your control, breathe and relax. While I teach these things to my kids and use them myself, we are human after all so , stress happens. 

I recently reviewed Stressballs De-Stress + Snooze . Made with an herbal blend of ashwagandha , chamomile, lemon balm, valerian root, lavender and melatonin, these little gummies are a new way to help people fall asleep more naturally. I heard this before, but cannot remember where it was, so when I came across Stressballs and it’s main ingredient is Ashwagandha , I was interested!

Ashwaganha has been used for thousands of years to help reduce everyday stress, and we’ve all heard about melatonin haven’t we? Non-habit forming it helps the body fall asleep more naturally and even better, without any grogginess the next day. That’s just awesome in itself because we all need our sleep and to wake up ready to take on the day. My days start off the moment I open my eyes, which is way too early if you ask me.  Even though the kids aren’t always ” in” school, on school days I have to be up and jumping right into things without any delay. They depend on me of course so it’s important to be in the best shape I can be. Sleep is a must! 

Along with good exercise and good eating, healthy mental shape is needed to get through each day. Without sleep , our entire behavior changes, we slow down, our thinking process is also effected, even our balance. When we get our full nights sleep, we focus much better and are able to function better mentally and physically. This in turn helps up cope with stressful situations better, thus- actaully making less stress occur. 

I tested out Stressballs for a few weeks, and while I didn’t notice a major difference for my sleep patterns, I will say there were nights where I actaully didn’t wake up about 5 times. Yes, I wake up …a lot. So the days in which I don’t, feel like some sort of magically gift I was so lucky to get. The suggestion for Stressballs,  is to take two gummies about 30 minutes before bedtime, and as gummies they are easy to take. I like the fact that it’s made from an herbal blends that work with your bodies natural way to heal itself, and it’s in a form that can be taken quickly and easily. I really triple check and research what I put into my body as well as what I feed my family. Another great fact is,  that you can take it close to bedtime so for those that have the day running away from them, they can take it almost last minute. For me that happened several times so it was a welcomed.  You can find Stressballs De-stress Snooze at places like walmart, amazon and your local pharmacy. While I don’t recommend taking things to help sleep, these days some people may need that extra help around their sleeping habits. 

Some tips to help if you are stressed. Take time out in the day for yourself, remember to breathe, and focus on the NOW, not past, not future. Reach out to friends for help when you need even for small things that could help take stress off of your shoulders. Don’t stress on things our of your control. Do your best, and remember that your best while you’re tired is different from your best when you’re fully alert. Take it easy on yourself, be kind and use self positive talk always!
